TUITION & FINANCES

After an extensive school research program (See School Comparison Chart in our Educational Philosophy Handbook), our rates have been set on the low side as compared to other private schools in this area with a comparable parent/teacher ratio.

Application and Tuition Deadlines
For New Students

TUITION FOR NEW STUDENTS:
Tuition for new students in 2008-09 is $7,200 and is subject to increase until a tuition contract is signed and returned.

APPLICATION FEE:
The application fee of $200 is for first time applicants only and is Non-Refundable. This will add you to our enrollment candidate list and consideration for placement will be by the date your application was received. Applications will not be considered without this application fee.

ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT:
$720 deposit is due at time of enrollment to hold your space for 2008-2009 school year. This will be applied to the June, 2009 tuition if you stay at the school and non-refundable if you leave prior to the end of the school year.

ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNT:  If you choose to pay tuition annually, you are eligible for a 10% advance payment discount and save $720, the full tuition of $6,480  must be received on acceptance into the school.  Annual fees are non-refundable.

TUITION DUE DATES:
First tuition due August 1, 2008 if annual payment schedule not chosen and are non-refundable. Last tuition payment will be May 1, 2009.

LATE TUITION FEES:
Tuition fees are due and payable on the first of each month for the month following. Fees more than ten days late will be subject to a 10% interest penalty. Fees more than thirty days late will require that the child leave the school until the tuition is fully paid up including the interest.

SCHOLARSHIPS:  A small number of scholarships are available allowing for 50% tuition. Current scholarship students are given first consideration to re-apply for a partial scholarship.  To apply for a scholarship, please submit a statement demonstrating financial need as well as the skills/time you will contribute in lieu of full tuition.  

 

Application and Tuition Deadlines
For Returning Students

Parents of returning students for the 2008-2009 school year must summit a letter in writing requesting enrollment for their child by June 15, 2008. You will have an interview with the Dean before creating  a new contract.

TUITION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS IN 2008-2009 WILL BE $6,800.
Returning students in good standing are eligible for this tuition rate. To receive this rate, returning students must pay a non-refundable deposit ($680 = one month tuition) to hold a placement in their class for next year. This deposit of 10% of your tuition will hold your child’s place in their 2008-2009 class and will apply towards their June, 2009 tuition. This deposit of $680 are due by June 15, 2008  to receive the returning student rate and guarantee your child’s enrollment. Deposits must accompany a new, signed tuition contract for the 2008-2009 year.

After June 15th , applicants will be received on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot guarantee your child a placement in their class.

ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNT:
In order for returning families/ students to be offered a 10% advance payment discount and save a further $680, the full tuition of $5,440 must be received on or before August 1, 2008.

TUITION DUE DATES:
First month’s tuition is due August 1, 2008 for those paying monthly. This is non-refundable. Therefore, the last tuition payment due will be May 1, 2009 as mentioned above.

Applications must be submitted by June 15th along with a financial statement demonstrating need; a short summary outlining the skills/time you have contributed during the past year to the school and will contribute in this next year, along with your comments on what Wisdom for Life school has meant to your child and why consideration should be given for a scholarship.  All paper work from returning students must be returned by June 15th  for consideration.
